We will be offering a lunch for authors. Please enter the number of lunches for your booth. We will provide a separate form to choose your menu options as we get closer to the event.

Your booth comes with 4 badges. You can have a maximum of two additional badges.

Please provide the vendor name you want displayed on all promotional materials. This is how people will find you at the show. For multiple vendors, please separate by a comma.

Please provide the email address you will read and respond to event emails from. Infinity Bound Book Services will communicate all important event details via mailing list. For multiple vendors, please separate by a comma.

Please confirm that you understand our refund policies. That deposits and sponsorships are 100% non-refundable. The link to our Refund and Return Policies is at the bottom of the page.

Please confirm you understand that if you pay for your table all at once that it includes the deposit of $100.00 plus the remainder of the table fees, sponsorships, and add-ons.

Please confirm you understand that if you do not pay your balance in full by July 1, 2027, all deposits and sponsorships paid for will be forfeited to Infinity Bound Book Services and any over payment will be refunded in accordance with the refund policy.

This event will be held at the Thelma Keller Convention Center in Effingham, IL, USA on October 2, 2027.

Event Hours:

VIP Only 10 AM – 12 PM
Lunch for the Authors 12 PM – 1 PM
General Admission 1 PM – 4 PM
