Overview
The nature of our business is a contract sale with individuals. We allow for deposits on services.
By default all sales are final. Exceptions and processes are described below.
Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable.
Sponsorships are non-refundable.
Shipping Services are non-refundable.
Events – The rates below are minus the deposit paid:
- Up to 60 days prior to the date of the event will receive a full refund.
- 60-30 days prior to the event will be 50%.
- 30 days or less is non-refundable.
If an event is cancelled by Infinity Bound Book Services you will be issued a full refund (deposit included) within 90 days of the cancellation.
Consignment – A full refund (deposit included) will be refunded only in the case where an author actively responds to the contract with a rejection to sign the agreement.
Physical Products – A full refund will be issued only if there is an error and the item is returned to Infinity Bound Book Services in its original condition.
Design Services – Any work completed at time of separation will be delivered to client. If paid in full, a refund will only be processed for balance minus deposit if no products have been delivered. Once files, themes, or layouts have been delivered, all sales are final.
Sprayed Edges – Any books already painted are non-refundable. Refund will be processed for balance minus deposit minus shipping fees to return books to owner.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via our contact form.
Sale items
Refunds as outlined above will be processed at the sale price only.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we will provide you with the location to ship your item(s).
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should contact infinityboundbooks@gmail.com and we will provide you with the location to ship your item(s).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
